general information about the retreat

  • The retreat starts with a welcome drink, snack, and gathering at 3 pm on the day of arrival, and check-in is between 1 and 2 pm. Check-out is after brunch at 12 am on the date of departure.

  • We only operate as a retreat centre, so we are only open for our retreats. If you want to arrive earlier or stay longer, we can recommend places close by or in different areas.

  • Most of our retreat participants are solo travellers, though, so please don't worry about coming here alone.

  • There's a maximum of 14 participants in one group. We want to keep the groups small, so it's easier to open up and build connections.

  • The only criterion is that we place guests of the same gender in the same room, with no other specific criteria.

  • Sorry no. To provide you the full experience, you must join all eight days and every session.

  • We are happy you want to be part of the Green Peace Inn during your retreat. To get the full experience from the retreat, it is helpful to be as least distracted as possible. Our retreats are a place where you should entirely focus on yourself - your mind, your body and your emotions. Therefore, it's not possible to support us in the tasks as part of the service team. We hope you understand. But if paying the full amount is a problem for you, please talk to us. We can find a solution.

  • We have inidividual payment plans. Please feel free to email us, and we’ll be happy to find a solution that works for you.

yoga & breathwork information

  • The retreat is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. It offers a diverse, thoughtfully designed program, and our teachers and facilitators adjust to everyone—providing more support for beginners as well as advanced options for experienced participants. A key part of the retreat is tuning into your body, discovering where your limits are, when to take a break, and where you want to face and overcome a limitation.

  • In the morning classes, we practice various styles like Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, and Synergy Yoga (the five dimensions of flow). In the evening, we offer a calming Yin class.

  • This retreat is suitable for you as a beginner in Yoga and Breathwork, and we are happy to introduce you to it. Many participants have never done yoga or breathwork before in our retreats, so this is not a problem. The only thing you should bring is to be open and motivated to learn.

  • Our yoga classes and breathwork sessions are only open for our staying guests. We have NO drop-in classes. This is important for us to create a safe space and an intimate group atmosphere as we go through a deep transformational journey during the eight days together.

  • You can read more about breathwork on our husma website:
    https://www.husma-retreats.com/mental-emotional-reconditioning-retreat

The retreats are facilitated by "husma - holistic breath retreats", founded by Alex and Martina, our facilitators. You can also read more about them on the husma website. It might be helpful for you, as they will guide you through this 8-day journey.
